Daily Wire co-founder and co-CEO criticizes Joy Reid for claiming conservative host Ben Shapiro is funded by an “oligarchy” But in the meantime, the anti-Trump MSNBC host has collected millions of dollars from the left-leaning network's massive parent company.

Jeremy Boling, who co-founded the Daily Wire with Shapiro in 2015, responded to a clip in which the anchor analyzed President Joe Biden's farewell speech on Wednesday. In it, he bizarrely warned of an “oligarchy” taking over the country.

“Joy Reid lives in such a bubble that she doesn't know that conservative ideas have a real audience, and she's so economically ignorant that she doesn't know how value is created.” Boling wrote on his X account on Thursday.

She also cited a group of technology executives who have publicly supported Trump, including Tesla CEO Elon Musk and other Silicon Valley figures.

“The oligarchy has been hidden in the background all along, and Biden is the president at the center of this as America is kind of falling in love with these wealthy tech gods, these 'tech bros,'” Reid said. He was furious.

Boling wrote that the company he and Shapiro co-founded “generated well over $200 million in advertising and subscription revenue last year.”

“The Daily Wire creates value, and we are always working to create more value,” Bowling wrote.

“Still, if we have an oligarch that wants to fund us, all I can say is that we might not be very good, but it really costs money…”

The Post has reached out to Reid and MSNBC for comment.

The Daily Wire was founded in 2015 by Shapiro and Bowling with initial funding from billionaire Faris Wilkes.

The company is currently owned primarily by Mr. Shapiro, Mr. Boring, and private interests.

Mr. Reed, who reportedly makes $3 million a year, is employed by the parent company of communications giant Comcast MSNBC, which had a market capitalization of $139.52 billion as of Thursday.

Last month, it was reported that Comcast bean counterers had asked Reid and fellow MSNBC talking head Stephanie Ruhl to take pay cuts if they wanted to remain with the network.

This fall, Rachel Maddow, MSNBC's most bankable star, had her annual salary cut from a reported $30 million by $5 million, although network officials dispute that figure.

MSNBC announced earlier this week that Maddow, who had previously hosted only one prime-time show a week, would air five days a week during the first months of the second Trump administration.

MSNBC is in a state of flux after it was announced Wednesday that Rashida Jones, the first Black woman to head a major news network, will be relinquishing her role effective immediately.

The left-leaning cable network became the second most-watched cable news channel, surpassing lower-ranked CNN.

However, viewership decreased following Trump's election victory.

Like other media giants, Comcast, which is struggling to cope with declining viewership, recently announced plans to spin off cable TV assets including MSNBC, CNBC, USA Network and Oxygen.
