A paroleed Florida man allegedly smacked an elderly man with a random attack on Sunday evening. He then threw the tiny dog of the 72-year-old victim on a leash into the bushes.
The attack took place before 7:50pm on the beach in Pompano Beach, and the Broward Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Anthony Tramine Harris, 35, of Fort Lauderdale. WPLG-TV reported.

Deputies say Harris, who was on parole for an out-of-state robbery, approached the man who was walking his dog and asked him, “What's your name?” The station said.
When the victim refused to leak it, deputies told WPLG “Harris grabbed him and threw him on the ground, then continued to punch him behind his head three times,” causing multiple scrapes to be held on the victim. I've left it.
Citing the arrest report, the station showed surveillance video showed Harris grabbed the small dog on a leash and threw it into the bushes.
Prison records add to WPLG that prison records show Harris was given $11,000 bonds on battery charges for someone over the age of 65, resisted animal cruelty and resisted arrest. I did. The station added that Harris will remain behind the bar for violating conditions of parole.
