Rapper Meek Mill seemed surprised and impressed by former President Donald Trump, noting that the 45th president “got shot” and “basically gave the middle finger” and that he’s “still running for president” despite being “indicted.” “Who is this guy?” the rapper asked.
“He got shot, but he was basically giving the middle finger. Nobody runs away after getting shot in the head,” Mill said. “You get shot a lot too, so hope you get better!”

The “Respect the Game” rapper expressed surprise at the fact that Trump is still running for president despite the indictment, saying, “I know some wild people but oh my God lol.”
“He’s been indicted and he’s running for president!” Mill said, adding, “Who is this guy Trump?” [for real] I know some wild guys too but you know what? LOL just my opinion!”
In a subsequent post, the rapper clarified that he is not endorsing anyone in the 2024 election, saying he “knows nothing about politics.”
But Mill said he was surprised by Trump’s reaction after surviving the assassination attempt, and seemed to wonder if the rapper had previously misunderstood the 45th president. [who the fuck] “Who is this man?” Mill wondered.
“I don’t know anything about politics so I’m not going to endorse anyone,” Mill said, “He owned a building. I lived in North Philadelphia in poverty, I’ve been shot, I’ve gone to prison for environmental issues, I’ve seen death.”

Mill also mentioned Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump’s running mate, saying that if he had a chance to talk to her he would ask her about her record as a district attorney and “black and brown men going to prison.”
