The video released by the Daily Mail on Tuesday showed the moment when a crocodile viciously attacked an elderly man and dragged him into the water.
It is said to have been unfolded on Monday at Cimory Dairyland Center in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. According to Outlet. The man called his grandfather was sitting among the other tourists. The animal reportedly was rescued from the flood the previous week. The crocodiles are believed to be “lucky” reptiles and were kept in theme parks so fans could make their products, the outlet reported.
This video shows an older man leaning confidently to reach his arm, providing some food to the crocodile just to attack him almost instantly. The predator then latches into his arm and strains him hard in the water.
The horrifying onlooker begins to scream as the crocodile slams the old man with his chin. He is thrown like a ragdoll until the crocodile attack stops.
In some of the dark footage, the man is submerged in the water. The animal appears to be in full control of the situation, rendering the man helpless under its strong jaw pressure.
Daily Mail reported that firefighters arrived at the scene and rushed an elderly visitor to the hospital to treat a seriously injured arm. The video shows an elderly man being transported safely, and it was clear that his situation was serious.
Witness City Aisha explained the Daily Mail incident.
“My grandfather wanted to give him food, and he was bitten by a crocodile. The residents quickly evacuated him and he was rushed to the hospital because his hand was severely injured,” Aisha said. Ta.
Hasanuddin, the chief of the local fire station, told the outlet that animals were rescued from a flooded residential area on February 12 and then transported to Cimory Dairyland Center, a tourist destination that boasts other animals and exhibits.
Authorities believed the crocodile would win donations from visitors, but since then, according to the Daily Mail, they have surrendered the crocodile to properly release it to professional wildlife workers.
“When we arrived, the residents were already crowded at the location and directed us at the victims, so the evacuation process was quick,” Hasanuddin said.

“We received information that this crocodile was previously seen near a landfill and laid eggs on land. If there is one female crocodile, then there may be a male crocodile still lurking. It's expensive,” Hasanuddin said.
