Haley speaks on dangers of national security weakness at Hudson Institute: Watch live

Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley is scheduled to speak at the Hudson Institute on Wednesday about the weaknesses of foreign policy and national security amid continuing wars in the Middle East and Eastern Europe and rising tensions in Asia.

Haley put her 2024 White House bid on hold in early March, but has yet to endorse a candidate in the general election. Instead, she said it was up to the Republican nominee, former President Trump, to win support from voters.

Her speech comes just over a month after it was announced that she would join the conservative think tank as an advisor and the institute’s Walter P. Stern Chair. The post will likely help the former Trump official maintain a notable profile as he considers a second presidential bid in 2028.

The event is scheduled to start at 4pm ET.
