Kristaps Porzingis suffered a non-contact leg injury during the Celtics’ playoff game against the Heat on Monday night.

The team determined that his return was doubtful due to tightness in his right calf.

Porzingis dribbled the ball to the 3-point line, guarded by Heat big man Bam Adebayo, but then limped up.

The Celtics star headed to the locker room late in the second quarter and pulled his jersey over his face, visibly upset.

“He seems to have a lot of concern right now,” TNT play-by-play broadcaster Brian Anderson said.

“He is,” color critic Stan Van Gundy agreed.

Porzingis accounted for seven of the Celtics’ 53 points in the first half and added three rebounds before being ejected.

The Celtics hold a 2-1 lead in their best-of-seven series with the Heat and enter Monday’s game as the overwhelming favorites to win the Eastern Conference and overall NBA championship.

Porzingis averaged 20.1 points and 7.2 rebounds per game during this year’s regular season.
