A man who claims he was wrongly accused of an assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump at a California campaign rally on Saturday has filed a lawsuit against the sheriff who made the accusation.
“They essentially dropped a nuclear bomb on my life, and my life will never be the same. You know, there's a legal term called restitution. It means making you whole again later. And there's no final reparation for this,” Trump supporter Bem Miller told Fox News Digital. “You know, the internet is forever. Essentially, the internet has done an incredible amount of damage to my life.”
Mr. Miller, of Nevada, was arrested over the weekend for possession of a firearm outside a Republican presidential candidate's rally in Coachella, but was given VIP passes to the rally and has an extensive media and political background. He said that there is.
“They keep saying I was trying to get into a Trump rally with a gun, but that's wildly inaccurate. I mean, I was going to go and park my car.'Let's walk at least 400 meters,'' Miller said.

Miller said that if his estimates were correct, the parking area would have been at least a half-mile from the actual perimeter of the rally, which he contends was intentional.
“It's intentionally set up that way because guns aren't the only way to assassinate people. It's also car bombs. So if you have a car near a rally in a situation like Timothy McVeigh's We don't want to put them in separate locations,” Miller explained. “So it has to be characterized correctly, because I'm not that stupid to think that. And people can tell from my story, my attitude and everything else that I do. I think you know the job at this point, like, I wouldn't make that stupid mistake.''
When Miller was stopped on his way to the rally, he told officers he had a shotgun, a loaded handgun and a high-capacity magazine. Miller claims he never fired them, but he started keeping them around when he started receiving death threats.
“By the way, the guns we're talking about are things like four-foot-long shotguns and Glocks. None of them are automatic. None of them are rifles. There's not even a gun suitable for the kind of accuracy needed to do something of this evil proportion that was being accused of. This is it,” Miller said.
Miller said her life has changed forever since Saturday and she lives in constant fear for herself and her loved ones. They fear that “the lunatics who are trying to protect Trump” will think Trump is trying to “get rid of him” to kill Trump.

“If you're reading the headlines, you're probably thinking I'm the third Trump assassin, along with two psychopaths and two severely mentally ill people. I'm It's not. So it's scary,” Miller said.
Miller filed a 10-count federal lawsuit Tuesday alleging that Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco was a 'heroic' security guard who “deliberately, maliciously, and in blatant disregard of the truth saved the president.” “I wanted to create a story so that I would be seen as an official.” This is the third assassination attempt on candidate Trump. ”
The complaint also states that “Mr. Bianco continued to hold a press conference even after being informed by both the U.S. Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation that they did not believe Mr. Miller posed a threat and refused to be interviewed. , continued to make ridiculous allegations against Mr. Miller.'' It perpetuates his delusional and false narrative. ”
“The Riverside Police Department intentionally and unfairly violated police protocol and violated Mr. Miller's constitutional rights in order to promote and engage in an unwarranted and unwarranted sensational story,” the complaint states. ” is written.
Miller, 49, is a registered Republican, a member of the Clark County Republican Party Central Committee, and served as Trump campaign leader in the 2024 presidential primary, according to the complaint. He told Fox on Sunday that he supports Trump “totally.”
“Instead of apologizing to Miller for the false accusations, Bianco took a more complicated stance. [his own] Illegal acts, perpetuation [sic] “The loud and delusional narrative caused irreparable damage to Miller's character and reputation,” the complaint states.
Miller said the only silver lining in all of this is that Bianco and the department will be investigated and properly purged.
“This department, which has been investigated before and has had records of multiple criminal cases uncovered, now needs to be seriously investigated and properly cleaned up, because the problem here is, as you know, We all know, whether we're Democrats or Republicans, that we have a lot of corruption, but the question is why is it so widespread? '' Miller said.
“And I think the answer is simple… where there is no punishment for crimes, people are not held accountable. By the way, you and I, if we did something like this, we would go to jail. I mean, we, the people, are going to go to jail, but once we have a title that protects us, we can act in the name of the law, which is essentially who we are. It means using your title, your privilege, to become a criminal. That's the problem,” Miller continued.
Miller emphasized that the Sheriff's Department's actions were unacceptable and that the department must be held accountable for its actions.

“This is absolutely egregious behavior. The most basic thing you do as a law officer is you have to prove what is legal and what is illegal and you have to prove that you need evidence. When it looks like they're doing something for a different reason when they don't have anything, what I'm saying is, those people are unfit for public office,'' Miller said.
Miller added that one thing that has surprised him through all of this is the level of support he has received from his peers and people he has worked with throughout his career.
“I mean, no one ever questioned my interpretation. No one ever thought I could do this. In order for me to be able to do this, I had to work extremely hard until the very end. “For six years, he was an incredibly gregarious and pathological liar, doing 800 episodes just to put on a false front,” Miller said. said. “So it has to be at the highest James Bond level. I don't think it would be possible for a human being to establish such a fraud.”
