Spencer Pratt suggests a recording might lead to the resignation of the LA mayoral candidate

Spencer Pratt’s New Phase in L.A. Politics

Spencer Pratt, who ran for mayor in Los Angeles, recently shared an intense video on social media discussing his plans for a new initiative aimed at revitalizing the city. He humorously suggested that he might be forced out if one of his opponents wins.

“I’m moving on to something more intriguing. Look, I spent a lot of time taking jabs at everyone,” Pratt declared. Finishing third in the recent mayoral race was a surprise, especially since initial projections had him in the top two. A surge of mail-in votes changed the trajectory of the election.

“You really think you can just rid yourself of me? A lot of you might think I had a grudge, like if I didn’t get into City Hall, I’d just leave. But that’s not why I’m here. I’m here to pull back the curtain on this corrupt system, and it’s still as rotten as ever,” he added.

Although he’s not a candidate at the moment, Pratt expressed that he doesn’t feel the need to cater to any media audience, emphasizing that he’s not involved in a formal campaign now.

From Reality TV to Politics

“This is a war,” Pratt proclaimed. “It’s midnight in L.A. Residents are stuck dealing with two clueless candidates who are the root of their problems. It’s not really a choice when the system protects itself. The ongoing issues in Los Angeles are only going to worsen because of these two.”

Pratt made it clear that he believes his recordings could potentially alter the political landscape, although he plans to wait for the city’s final decision in the election between Mayor Karen Bass and progressive City Council member Nitya Raman this November.

Pratt’s Commitment to Expose Corruption

“My mission hasn’t shifted. I’m dedicated to stopping what I call a communist beast. If you think we’ve unearthed a lot of wrongdoing already, just wait. We’ve got recordings that could be explosive,” he warned. He seemed to challenge both candidates, suggesting that they might have something to hide that could jeopardize their careers.

In a slightly sardonic tone, Pratt remarked that he hoped both candidates would “sleep well at night” compared to those suffering from homelessness and crime issues, particularly those affected by last year’s devastating wildfires.

He painted a bleak future for the city, saying, “I’ve received countless messages from major business leaders saying they’re leaving L.A. This will lead to reduced tax revenue, which means cutbacks on essential services. Expect more potholes, fewer emergency responders, and an increase in crime and drug issues.”

The video concluded with a dramatic clip from the show Ozark, hinting that if the political establishment wanted to stop him, they’d have to go to extreme lengths.

Fox News Digital reached out for comments from Bass and Raman’s team about the viral video, which quickly garnered over 20,000 likes shortly after being posted.
