A billboard in New York City’s Times Square warns of a “ticking time bomb” of $34 trillion in national debt.
The advertising campaign, announced by the nonprofit Committee to Unleash Prosperity (CTUP) group, will feature a 50-foot-tall billboard in Times Square for three months.
