Homan told Fox & Friends on Wednesday that the flyer “crossed the line” and that he is seeking action by the Justice Department. Sources from several federal law enforcement agencies say Fox News national correspondent Bill Melgin has said that anti-ice activists are blocking ice operations. A spokesman for the FBI in Los Angeles also shared a statement with Fox News.
“The FBI protects constitutional rights, including freedom of speech and assembly. However, individuals who interfere with law enforcement work may threaten the safety of law enforcement agents and those subjects of investigation are subject to investigation and potential prosecution by the Department of Justice.”
