Trump border czar Tom Homan threatens criminal prosecution after doxing of ICE agents

Border Emperor Tom Homan is threatening legal action after an anti-ice activist posted a photo, name and address of an ice agent operating in Southern California. Homan told Fox & Friends on Wednesday that the flyer “crossed the line” and that he is seeking action by the Justice Department. He also made it clear that 24-7 police protection is needed due to the threat of death.

Sources from several federal law enforcement agencies say Fox News national correspondent Bill Melgin has said that anti-ice activists are blocking ice operations. A spokesman for the FBI in Los Angeles also shared a statement with Fox News.

“The FBI protects constitutional rights, including freedom of speech and assembly. However, individuals who interfere with law enforcement work may threaten the safety of law enforcement agents and those subjects of investigation are subject to investigation and potential prosecution by the Department of Justice.”
