‘Wheel of Fortune’ fans outraged after host Ryan Seacrest ‘robbed’ player with brutal pronunciation ruling

“Wheel of Fortune” fans were upset and disappointed by the actions of host Ryan Seacrest.

Earlier this week, a player named Arzice Salonga, a law student and single mom from Medina, Ohio, missed the first toss-up round of a $1,000 worth of game.

The “Wheel of Fortune” category was “Events.” It was an “event” as the two-word puzzle reads as “af _ _ _ n / _ a _ a _ _ _”.

The former Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader replied with a fuss about “African Safari,” but she was judged to be incorrect in the pronunciation of “safari.” Salonga appeared to pronounce the word “sa-fair-ee.”

Another “Wheel of Fortune” contestant, Brian Nelson of Longview, Texas, made a fuss to speculate on the puzzle with the correct pronunciation the game show deemed correct.

The brutal “Wheel of Fortune” domination comes after Seacrest had other strange moments at the game show.

Last month, Seacrest was tackled on the ground after a much-awaited contestant competed in his beloved game show for the grand prize money.

A Pittsburgh native named Daniel showed how much he is ecking after a fierce bonus round during the episode.

The category was “living things”, with Daniel choosing h, g, d, and O. After leaving g_ _ _ _ es, the “Fortune Wheel” contestants hit the buzzer with what viewers called “crazy” for a moment.

When the player guessed “Guppy,” Daniel moved up and down excitedly before hugging Seacrest, accidentally knocking him down.

After Seacrest was pushed into the ground, Daniel continued to ask the host if he was okay.

Seacrest assured him, “Like, I'm fine.”
