Shocking video shows anti-Israel activists in Chicago chanting “death to Israel” and “death to America” in Farsi over the weekend, hours before Iran launched an expected drone and missile attack on the Jewish state. They were captured chanting, “Death to you.”
The chant in Iran’s native language was recorded Saturday during a Chicago anti-war committee “breakout session” during which organizer Shabir Rizvi told about 80 participants in Farsi, “Death to Israel.” ” Taught them how to say “Death to America.” The Free Press reported.
Mr. Rizvi told the participants that he would now teach the participants a maxim to use if they encountered a “Zionist lunatic.”
He then led a so-called anti-war group in chanting “Marg Bar Yisrael.”
After the chant ended, Rizvi explained to those in attendance that the proverb “has two meanings, depending on who is asking it.”
He jokes that teaching the attendees (nearly all of them wearing black KF94 masks) to chant is like saying “margarita bar.”
Rizvi then explains, “It means either ‘die’ or ‘defeated.'” The audience burst into laughter.
After I taught leftists how to say “Death to Israel,” someone asked me, “Can we give America a merge bar?”
Rizvi can be seen raising his hands in the air and leading the crowd like a conductor, chanting, “Marg ba America!”

The disturbing incident occurred just hours before Iran’s planned attack on Israel on Saturday.
The meeting was part of a larger gathering of about 300 left-wing protesters who gathered at Teamsters Union headquarters to discuss plans to disrupt the Democratic National Convention this August, according to the Free Press. It is said that it was a “subcommittee”.
“It’s really moving to see people marching as passionately, if not more, at the DNC as they are marching at the RNC,” activist Omar Flores said at the rally.
“Thank you Genocide Joe and our movement.”
After Flores spoke, another man took to the stage and announced that Iran had launched missiles and drones toward the Jewish state.
“We believe they will enter Palestinian airspace (not Israeli territory) between 2 and 4 a.m., which means about two to four hours from now.”
The crowd then erupted in applause, a video taken at the meeting by a Free Press reporter showed.
Iran’s attack on Israel was in retaliation for the Jewish state’s April 1 airstrike in Syria that killed two top Iranian generals.
Saturday’s barrage saw around 350 drones and missiles fired at Israel from within the Islamic Republic, as well as from proxy forces in Yemen, Iraq and Lebanon.
The only confirmed victim so far is a 7-year-old Israeli-Arab girl.
The “vast majority” of the missiles were launched from the air, outside airspace, with support from US, French and British ships and fighter jets, and intercepted by Israeli air defenses.
Jordanian fighter jets also assisted, but the Middle Eastern country insisted it was not supporting Israel, but rather defending its airspace.
