Fox News Digital reached out to Waters’ office for comment but did not receive a response.
In 2018, Ms Waters was widely criticised for urging her supporters to “if you see ministers in a restaurant, a department store or a gas station, go out there, form a mob, push them back and tell them they are no longer welcome anywhere”, in what many saw as a call for violence.
Waters denied inciting the violence.

Trump was convicted on Thursday of all 34 counts of first-degree falsification of business records. Each count carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison. In total, Trump faces up to 136 years in prison.
The former president spoke to reporters in a hallway outside the courtroom shortly after the jury delivered its verdict.
