Oren Alexander, a billionaire real estate broker, is accused of rape along with his twin brother, Aron Alexander. Women in two separate lawsuits Sources told Page Six that he was selling drugs to women at parties but not using them himself.
The brothers, both 36, are accused in a lawsuit of taking turns raping the women at Sir Ivan Wilzig’s Hamptons “castle” in 2012. Known as the “Playboy Mansion of the East Coast”” He’s been known to host sex parties.
Sources say they saw the brothers at Wilzig’s parties in 2011, 2012 and 2013, as well as at a party in 2016.
“They were out most weekends,” the source said. “Ivan hosted them. They had a room upstairs and lived there.”

The brothers’ lawyers did not respond to requests for comment.
According to the lawsuit filed by Kate Whiteman, she claims that after she left the club and found Oren waiting in his car, Aron dragged her into a black SUV. They then took her to Campy Castle, where security “allegedly dragged her back into the garage” when she tried to escape.
The worker was an employee of Wilzig, according to the lawsuit.
“Once Plaintiff and the twins were inside the garage door, the door was closed and locked behind them. Plaintiff was told to go to the salon to get changed,” the lawsuit states. “Plaintiff then began running toward the stairs leading to the house, still fully dressed. As Plaintiff ran toward the stairs, [worker] He grabbed her arm and dragged her back to the garage.”
Wilzig is named in the lawsuit as a suspected negligence offender but has not been implicated in any of the assault or rape allegations.
“Plaintiff was eventually forced to remove her clothing and change into a sarong. Her cell phone and other belongings were placed in a locker, which Oren quickly locked and put the key around her wrist. The twins then took Plaintiff to what appeared to be a large bedroom on the second floor,” where they assaulted her, the lawsuit states.
According to a separate lawsuit, the twins allegedly attacked another woman, then 18, in 2010, drugging her by spitting drugs into her drink at a Meatpacking District club before taking her back to their home and raping her.
The brothers’ lawyers denied all of the allegations in the lawsuit, saying: “This lawsuit [the Alexanders] We have chosen not to give in to the demands for tens of millions of dollars, and we are confident that this matter will be resolved. [their] “We have gathered a large amount of compelling evidence, including phone records, text messages, emails and other documents, that clearly refutes these allegations and will work to our advantage.”
A source previously told Page Six of Wilzig that “Ivan is unhappy and concerned about the lawsuit alleging that his castle was the scene of a rape,” with the source adding that “there are no rumors that Ivan was involved.”
Wilzig has been partying less since 2017, and his brother Allan told the Post: “That stopped around 2017. Now it’s a barbecue on Sunday afternoon before people head back into the city,” he said this week.
He also downplayed the castle’s supposedly X-rated scenes, saying, “It’s all about making it feel sexy, glamorous, fun and risqué. If you go there on a Saturday night with your wife or girlfriend, you might find a place to get lovey-dovey. Couples will feel like they’re in the Garden of Eden.”
Alan also told the Post about the mansion: “I once [Ivan] There are lockers, and all guests must put their clothes in the locker and either be naked or wear a sarong. Are there lockers? Yes. Are they big enough for clothes? No. They are for cell phones and valuables.
He explained to the Post: “My brother didn’t want to hear a word about someone losing their purse or their phone in a crowd of 30 people. It’s a total turn-off.”
A source said she went to a sex party at the mansion, explaining: “[As a man]and a girl has to be with me. When we get to the house, we all have to take off our clothes and put on these sarongs that Ivan has. We go in the pool, and then they tell us it’s time to go inside, and we get naked and put our things in the lockers. Ivan’s like, ‘Chuck, chuck, we all have to take our sarongs off. Chuck, chuck!'”
Ivan did not return calls seeking comment.
Alan previously said in an interview about the party: “It’s mostly hype. People sensationalize it. It’s two girls topless getting a tan and if you want to make fun of it you’ll say everyone’s running around naked.”
However, he also revealed, “In the early 2000s, I’d wake up in the middle of the night… there would always be someone naked in the pool. But not in a bad way. You know, we don’t sit at home and knit.”
He also said that the dungeon pictured was for decoration in the castle and that “it is a strict rule that no one is allowed to have sex in that room.”
Since news of the lawsuit against the Alexanders first broke, nearly 30 more victims have reportedly come forward with similar allegations to the plaintiffs’ lawyers.
“I spoke to about 15 people who said they were raped by Brother Alexander. [brother] “Over 1,000 men were sexually assaulted at various times in New York City, South Beach and other parts of the state,” attorney Evan Torgan told The Real Deal, which first reported the lawsuit.
