Trump Warns Things Will ‘Get 100 Times Worse’ if Harris Is Elected

Former President Donald Trump warned that things would be “100 times worse” if Vice President Kamala Harris was elected president, adding that she would “implement Soviet-style price controls.”

in post Trump noted in X that prices have risen under the Biden-Harris administration and would get even worse if Harris is elected. Trump added that Harris’ economic plan would include “implementing Soviet-style price controls” and “eliminating private health care.”

“If you think prices are high now, four years of Kamala as your president will make them 100 times higher,” Trump wrote. “Under her plan, Kamala will implement Soviet-style price controls. She will abolish private health care and make California’s ridiculous policies the law of the land. That means every American will be taxed up to 80% of their income! If you want more cash and less taxes, vote for Trump!!!”

Trump’s post came shortly after Harris announced several questionable economic policies, including implementing food price controls and offering first-time homebuyers $25,000 down payment guarantees.

Harris also copied some of the Trump-Vance campaign promises, including increasing the child tax credit and repealing the tip tax.

President Trump’s running mate, Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio), first proposed expanding the child tax credit to $5,000, and then Senator Harris proposed expanding it to $6,000.

Harris, who served as a California senator in 2019, Supported Abolish private health insurance.

Harris also co-sponsored Sen. Bernie Sanders’ (I-VT) Medicare for All, a bill that would eliminate private health insurance and lead to delayed medical care.

In July, a Harris “campaign official” said of The New York Times The Vice President no longer supports single-payer health care.
