CNN's Donnie O'Sullivan interviews a young male supporter of President-elect Donald Trump outside UFC 309 at Madison Square Garden on Saturday.
“We're talking to young people who helped get Trump elected,” O'Sullivan said.
One young man said: “Save our country. Now there's no tax on tips. So, thank you, Donald Trump. I love you, Pookie.”
O'Sullivan asked: “Did you both vote for Trump?”
The men said, “Of course. Yes.”
Mr O'Sullivan asked: “Where do you get most of your news and information?” I know it's not CNN. ”
The unidentified man said, “Joe Rogan, he's a legend. Yeah. But mostly social media. Tik Tok. That's what spreads all around, dude.”
He added: “No one at our age looks at newspapers that much or wants to read them.''
O'Sullivan asked, “Do you think it was a mistake for Harris not to face Joe Rogan?”
Another male attendee said: Honestly, I think long conversations are better than arguments. You can see how people actually interact. Trump is good at dialogue. He doesn't need a script. ”
