The appellate court ruled, “After carefully considering the results of the trial court's order, we conclude that it erred in not disbarring Attorney Willis and his office.”

“The Georgia Court of Appeals has ruled that the Fulton County Attorney's Office created the conflict itself and rightly removed itself from the case against President-elect Trump,” Carr said Monday.
