‘Not illegal if you don’t get caught’: Texas school official caught on vid giving advice on how to put a boy in girls’ sports

A staff member of the Irving School District was caught in the camera and gave a parental advice on how to avoid rules to play men in women's sports.

Suspected parents are told to the camera, Reny Resard, an executive director of campus operations with ISD.

Women seem to have told Rizardo, who is thinking of transferring families, including “daughter”, a “transgender,” to the district. She later told the staff that he was worried about “Transfovia” and “prejudice.”

In the video, Rizard seemed to tell women how to avoid the rules of the district to play boys in a girl's sports team.

“Can I legally change the gender of the birth certificate?” Lizard asked a woman.

“I believe in some places I can do,” the woman replied.

“So if you can achieve it, you [in to] We are a birth certificate with “this gender”. It is the gender we go with, “Lizardo explained.

“I'm not a lawyer,” Lizard continued. “Texas is very conservative. So how do I say this legally? If you don't catch it, it's not illegal? If no one knows we are good.

“Texas has a very open mind and has more advanced parts.”

Lizard tells a woman in a hidden camera video, “I and you have never had this conversation.”

The officials in the district said that “technically” students do not need to present their birth certificates to register. Lizard warns women that other officials are likely to require continuous viewing of documents, but they are not needed.

When a woman asked “a large number of unwritten” (probably a student, “Rizard said,” Yes. “

Lizard explained that in some cases, the area “sooner or later” will move the acquisition of documents with Give.

Lizard also stated that women were not the “only people” who wanted to know how to avoid the rules.

“I don't have any questions if it works, but we will move forward, but we will follow them, not witch hunting businesses, but we will follow them,” said school staff.

Lizard said, “Texas is very open -minded and has more advanced parts.”

When faced with a journalist from the accuracy of the media behind the report, Rizard denied that such a conversation had existed, but he said he did not remember what he said. 。

At the same time, when asked about his quote, Lizard said, “If you don't catch it, it's not illegal.”

“The law has no meaning for these militants.”

In X, Governor Texas, Greg Abbott, shared the report and clips before commenting, “This IRVING ISD administrator should be fired on the spot.”

Abbott continuation“The survey of both criminals and private sector must be conducted on both administrators and Irving ISD. Is ISD and employees involved in the state law fraudulent violations and concealment? You need to get the facts.

The accuracy of the media president Adam Gillet was told to BLAZE NEWS and argued that many school district officials did not follow the law.

“I was hiding in more than 100 Texas school districts, but it's abundant that the law doesn't mean anything for these militants,” Gillet said.

Gillet has added the policies surrounding the birth certificate and the number of illegal immigrants in district schools: It is morally ridiculous for the administrator to exploit this loophole and move on a rapid agenda.

BLAZE NEWS contacted Lizardo through an IRVING ISD SCHOOLS transgender athlete and an Irving ISD e -mail address for rules surrounding illegal immigrants. He did not respond.

Also, Magda a.hernández school director IRVING ISD was sent an email, but she did not respond.

At the time of this writing, it seems that the public profile of Lizardo on the IRVING ISD website is missing. However, it is unknown whether he was released from his position.
