Judicial Watch Sues for Intel Agencies’ Records on Tim Walz’s Relationship with China

Judicial Watch on Thursday sued the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) over records of former vice presidential candidate Tim Waltz's relationship with China, claiming there is deep state cover-up.

Watchdog Organization I sued After DHS failed to respond to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) in the Election Era:

All DHS Microsoft Teams Group Chat documentation and communications will be introducing “NST NFT Bieekly Sync” starting July 1, 2024.

All Intelligence Agency Reports and Local Information Notes (including documents that are titled differently or classified differently) for presentations related to Minnesota Governor Timothy J. Waltz (or Governor Waltz's office and/or staff) from November 1, 2023.

All requests for assistance or referral to other federal agencies regarding Minnesota Governor Timothy J. Waltz

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Kommer (R-KY) revealed that a homeland security whistleblower said the committee was a “target” of the Chinese Communist Party.

The whistleblower states that “DHS's Bureau of Information Analysis (I&A) and Homeland Security Research (HSI) officials are involved in departmental investigations and/or intelligence reporting research related to CCP, Minnesota and Governor Waltz.”

“In a very simple way, there's a massive cover-up of what Deep State knows about Tim Waltz's connections. [to the] Judicial oversight chairperson Tom Fitton said in a statement. “NOEM secretaries should quickly release records in response to judicial surveillance lawsuits.”

Peter Schweiser, founder of the Government's Institute of Accountability (GAI) and a senior contributor to Breitbart News, said in August that China was “grooming” waltz.

He will go to China in 2016 with several other Democrats. He talks about how he meets Chinese officials, he says, he says, I was in China, I was in China in December 1989, and they were in February 1990. Tim Waltz spoke about the human rights conditions in China, but it never exists in the context of doing anything about it. During this meeting with Prime Minister Lee, he said, “Well, we don't know how to do it right, so please don't look at the US as an example of how to do this.” These are his explanations of what he said to Premier Lee. So it's this massive moral equivalence, and that's exactly what China wants from the US elite. I'll talk about human rights, but don't do anything about it.

He added: “And it creates this moral equivalence that the Chinese system isn't worse than us. That's exactly what Tim Waltz has done over the years.”
