Conservatives have been messing around with the idea of abolishing the Department of Education for decades, but President Donald Trump has finally taken action.
“For a while, I will sign an executive order to begin eliminating the federal Department of Education,” President Trump said in his address to the American people.
Terry Schilling, president of the American Principles Project, could not be more excited by the president's actions.
“We have seen education advancements fall back, not just at the food stalls. 50% of all dollars are spent on administrative expenses. The Ministry of Education has not helped us educate our children.

“And by the way, a third of children can read at the grade level and do math at the grade level. That's absolutely frightening,” he adds. Regardless of the facts, many Americans say they are unhappy with the president's move.
“What many Americans don't understand is that when the Department of Education gives them money, every dollar has a string, and we accept this dollar here.
“The biggest losers of this executive order are managers, supervisors and the school board,” he continues.
Not only that, but the Biden administration has used the Board of Education as a weapon against its parents.
“If you are a parent who appears at school board meetings under the Biden administration, you will be investigated as a domestic terrorist to express your first right to amend your own child, as a domestic terrorist to express your first amendment rights about your own child, as you will be investigated as to how your own child is being sexually assaulted in the toilet where the school covers it,” Schilling says.
“That's how bad the Ministry of Education is,” he continues. “It's one of the reasons why it's so important to get rid of this, go back to parents and go back to the state, where the school board actually protected corruption and abusers.”
