Authorities say the former New Jersey Special Education teacher has been charged with seven child sex offences against an eighth grade student in her class.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago on Tuesday. announcement He charged against Alison Heveman Niedrach, a 44-year-old former teacher and mother of two from Jackson.

Havemann-Niedrach was charged with first degree aggravated sexual assault, manufacturing child sexual abuse material, second degree official misconduct, second degree sexual assault, third degree risk, second degree risk, second degree risk, second degree risk, second degree risk, and first degree risk.
In July 2024, the judge placed Allison Heveman Niedrach in home custody and ordered him not to contact minors except for two children, ages 5 and 12.
Havemann-Niedrach has been employed as a special education teacher at Freehold Intermediate School since 2022.
As previously reported by Blaze News, Havemann-Niedrach is accused of sexually abusing a teenage boy until his arrest in June 2024 in January 2024.
According to Asbury Park PressSuperior Court Judge Vincent N. Falsetano said at a July 2024 detention hearing: “Obviously, this is a very serious and intrusive crime.”
“I don't have a vocabulary to explain how serious and intrusive it is,” Falcetano said. “It's predatory, it's a violation of trust, it crosses the line. As a special education teacher, she should have known that the line is even closer than a regular teacher.”
The Monmouth County Prosecutor Special Victims Office and the Freehold Police Department reportedly discovered more than 25,000 text messages between teachers and students.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Daniel Zanzcci said the investigation allegedly revealed thousands of text messages between Havemann-Niedrach and a 15-year-old student.
School officials allegedly observed Havemann-Niedrach bringing students food and eating lunch with him every day in the classroom. The teacher is said to have given the boy a gift.
During the detention hearing, Zanzcci said Havemann-Niedrach was “obsessed” with the boy.
Investigators allegedly engaged in illegal sexual acts that allegedly killed her at her home or hotel.
Zanzucki said investigators learned that the suspect victim told a friend that he was dating a teacher.
Zanzcci said the teenage mother had reportedly contacted investigators to let them know that her son had admitted to her that he had had a sexual relationship with Havman Niedrach.
Asia Michael, director of the Freehold Autonomous School District, emailed staff and parents in June 2024 about the arrest of someone called a “former staff member.”
“I have a heavy heart to have to share some disastrous news with you,” the email read.
