Chuck Schumer says Trump’s refusal to follow Supreme Court edict is ‘dangerous and outrageous’

New York Democratic minority leader Chuck Schumer has denounced the Trump administration after El Salvador President Naive Buquere said that President El Salvador could not return Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia to the US.

Garcia’s deportation to El Salvador’s infamous terrorist prison became a fraf of political debate over President Donald Trump’s massive deportation plan. Critics have confirmed in court that Garcia’s removal was due to “clerical errors,” but Trump says he cannot return to the US.

“The question is ridiculous. How can I smuggle terrorists into the US?”

Bukere was asked whether the U.S. Supreme Court would unanimously allow the U.S. Supreme Court to receive a unanimous lower court order and to release an order that the administration should do what it can to “promote” his return.

“How can I bring him back to the United States?” he replied. “I’ll smuggle him into the US? Of course I’m not going to do that. That… This, the question seems ridiculous. How can I smuggle terrorists into the US? I don’t have the power to bring him back to the US.”

Garcia’s advocates point to the fact that since he came to the United States in 2011, he has not been charged with a crime. His accusers say his claim to remain in the US relied on threats from Salvadoran gangs that no longer existed.
