The Facebook image, which has more than 300 likes, claims to be from a recent snowstorm in California. The image’s caption reads, “Driver buried in Northern California’s snowy apocalypse.” Furthermore, in the TikTok video that seems to be the source of the image, distributed in X.
That claim is false. The images reportedly show a snowstorm that occurred in China in January 2023. Another post Shared by X.
