Trump reveals how the 'deep state' intentionally kept him in the dark about Chinese election interference in 2020.

Trump’s Claims of Chinese Election Interference

In a recent address from the White House, President Donald Trump alleged that the Chinese government played a role in American elections, stating they accessed confidential voter data from millions of Americans.

He further accused certain government officials—whom he referred to as deep state operatives—of manipulating daily press conferences and attempting to establish a “shadow government” during his first term. Trump asserted that this was done to keep vital information regarding “Chinese election interference” from himself, other Congress members, the media, and the public.

Trump emphasized the need for Congress to urgently pass the SAVE America Act, criticizing Democrats for what he described as an obstruction of efforts to combat election fraud.

The President indicated that evidence supporting his claims could be examined at the White House.

He mentioned, “Documentation indicates that during the 2020 election cycle, the People’s Republic of China may have executed one of the largest breaches of election data in history, unlawfully acquiring 220 million U.S. voter files.”

According to Trump, the compromised data includes names, addresses, phone numbers, and political preferences, all of which are crucial for voter registration and other dubious activities, claiming that such activities are ongoing.

He announced the formation of a Government Transparency Task Force, asserting that it has gathered evidence showing a cover-up regarding China’s acquisition of U.S. voter information.

“U.S. intelligence agencies first detected the voter registration breach in 2020, learning that vast amounts of voter data from 18 states had been unlawfully obtained by China. However, those who should have alerted the public kept this information under wraps,” he stated.

Trump referred to CIA documents, alleging that China attempted to influence significant U.S. business figures to act against him. He claimed that they also sought to pay anti-Trump journalists to generate more negative articles.

Additionally, Trump asserted that there were efforts by China to produce counterfeit ballots during the 2020 election.

“According to raw data acquired by the FBI in 2020 but suppressed by certain officials, China’s actions included attempts to manufacture illegal ballots intended for Joe Biden,” he added.

The President also claimed authorities found that 287,000 noncitizens were registered to vote across the country. Furthermore, he insisted that classified documents meant to be destroyed were never properly disposed of, urging the FBI and Justice Department to investigate and hold accountable those responsible for these alleged offenses.

Once again, he pushed for the SAVE America Act’s passage, questioning why there would be resistance to it, saying, “Is it because your policies and candidates are so poor that you need to resort to cheating? It’s sad that you’re unable to win any other way.”

This proposed legislation would necessitate voters to provide proof of citizenship to register and a photo ID to vote. Critics suggest that this may disproportionately affect minorities and other groups that tend to support Democrats.

Trump concluded his remarks by encouraging Americans to contact their representatives to advocate for the SAVE America Act.

Senator Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio) remarked that he had received a briefing on Trump’s address beforehand, calling it “perhaps the most significant Oval Office speech since the Cuban Missile Crisis.” He added that the era of complacency regarding China must come to an end.
