Arnold Schwarzenegger underwent secret surgery last week after suffering from arrhythmia for many years.
The action star revealed on his podcast, Arnold Pump Club, that he underwent surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. “I have some personal news to share. I had pacemaker surgery last Monday and I’m a bit of a machine,” the 76-year-old told listeners.

“I was also advised that it was time to stop this treatment as my heartbeat was becoming irregular due to scar tissue from my previous surgery. I had been like that for several years,” he admitted.
“That’s life with a genetic heart problem,” he said. “But no one listens to my complaints. My mother and her mother died from a premolar valve. I’m here now because of medical innovation and communication with doctors. , because they are committed to listening to their doctors.”
