Ad Rips Nevada GOP Senate Candidate Jeff Gunter as ‘Con Man’

In its latest ad, pro-Sam Brown super PAC Duty First Nevada slams Jeff Gunter, one of Brown’s opponents in the Republican Senate primary, as a “fraud.”

The ad (a YouTube link obtained by Breitbart News before publication) criticized Gunter, a dermatologist, for selling his anti-wrinkle serum in a late-night infomercial. Breitbart News reported Monday that a man filed a lawsuit alleging he suffered horrific health problems while using the product.

“Nevadaans know how to spot scammers like longtime California Democrat Jeff Gunter,” says a narrator at the beginning of the ad of the same name, “CON MAN Jeff Gunter.”

Of note is Gunther, who served as the US ambassador to Iceland during the Trump administration. was Registered as a California Democrat as of at least August 9, 2023.

politiko I got it. Last August, it was revealed that Gunter had not voted from his Nevada address, at least not at that time, and had been a registered California Democrat for years.

The narrator also blasted Gunter as “an infomercial doctor who profited by telling elderly people he could reverse his age.”

The ad also cleverly quotes a clip from an infomercial in which Gunter appears saying, “That’s right, Annemarie.”

One of the infomercials, first reported by Breitbart News Washington bureau chief Matthew Boyle, features the phrase “Youth Age Reversal Regiment” in Chiron.

In the Duty First Nevada ad, a narrator says, “His latest scam is running for Senate as a Republican in Nevada.”

“This is another fraud even though he never voted in Nevada and he didn’t vote for Trump. Jeff Gunter: He was a fraud then, he’s a fraud now,” he added. Ta.

As Boyle noted, a man named David Schumacher filed a lawsuit in Sacramento Superior Court in 2009, alleging that his experience with “Eusology, Clinical Essentials, and 90 Second Wrinkle Serum” was harrowing.

“Plaintiff claims that while using Defendant’s products Youthology, Clinical Essentials, and 90 Second Wrinkle Eye Serum, Plaintiff suffered from necrotizing fasciitis, sepsis, permanent disfigurement, internal organ damage, scarring around Plaintiff’s eyes, etc. suffered injuries,” the lawsuit states. “Defendants and each Defendant manufactured or assembled, designed or manufactured, sold, advertised, and failed to test the component parts and/or processes to ensure that the products were safe for public use.”

Gunter is named as one of the defendants in the lawsuit. A subsequent lawsuit filing states that Gunter was dismissed as a defendant in the suit and that Eulogy settled with the plaintiffs. Other filings include Schumacher meeting with various doctors while dealing with necrotizing fasciitis, and Schumacher being taken to the emergency room and having part of his face removed where the infection had spread. It describes the terrifying process he went through in order to undergo immediate surgery. A series of documents spanning dozens of pages tells the horrifying story of what this poor man went through.

While not everyone has had an experience as horrifying as the man who said he suffered from necrotizing fasciitis in a lawsuit Youthology settled, many reviews online say… number website called The product is a “scam” or a “rip-off.”

This ad is the second from PAC. The first ad, called “Proven Under Fire,” ran late last year and promoted Brown as the frontrunner in the race. Army Capt. Brown, now retired, was forced to leave the battlefield when a roadside bomb exploded while protecting his fellow soldiers in Afghanistan, leaving much of his body with third-degree burns. I lost it.

“America First Patriot Sam Brown continues to dominate first-choice candidate in internal polls. This video explains why Nevada Republicans won’t support California Democrat Jeff Gunter’s bogus MAGA makeover. ” Duty First Nevada told Breitbart News in a statement Wednesday.

The primary election will be held on June 11th, and both candidates are also running against former Nevada Congressman Jim Merchant (R) and retired Air Force lieutenant colonel Tony Grady.
