The Trump administration is facing the first major test of whether it can remove the head of federal agencies.

management We have called on the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether the head of the federal agency protecting government whistleblowers should protect Hampton Dillinger.
Paul Kamener, a lawyer at the Center for National Law and Policy, says that if the U.S. Supreme Court filed a lawsuit, it would set precedents for future litigation, including federal shootings.
“This is an important case of setting the tone for every shot Donald Trump has made,” Kamenor said. One American News. “In regards to this particular office owner, as well as the inspector, he fired 17 of them last week.”
The law says that 30 days of notice must be given to Congress before firing an inspector. General.
Kamenor argued that Trump could win the case because as executive director Trump should have had the authority to decide who would lead the various organizations.
“What he claims is he has very good ground. Look, I run the executive department. I am the one who is responsible for these agents I am in charge of. I have the power to decide whether to continue running, and Congress basically can't limit how I exercise that power,” Kamenor said.
“Trump has a very good legal argument he made in his petition to the Supreme Court,” Kamener continued. “Including the Supreme Court's decision several years ago, the Supreme Court upheld the president's authority to fire the head of the Consumer Financial Protection Commission without giving any cause or reason.”
Trump first appealed a Temporary Restraint Order (TRO) on shootings at DC Circuit Court, but was shot down. Kamenor pointed out that there was a great deal of opposition to the case with circuit judge Greg Cassas, and declared that the president had the power to fire anyone he wanted.
“TRO was first sued by the DC circuit, and the DC circuit shot down Trump,” Kamener said. “But there was a huge opposition from Justice Cassas. He said that the President has this decisive and lackluster enforcement force makes him take someone like this one here.”
Kamenar predicts that more information will be available by the weekend about how the court will make the decision.
“I think he has a chance to win that case,” Kamenor argues. “First of all, they are seeking stay or time from the TRO's rejection while the court considers a full application. Perhaps by the end of the week, this case is going to go on.”
