The U.S. Department of Justice has brought serious criminal charges against a New Mexico man accused of arson attacks on New Mexico headquarters and Tesla dealers in the state.
Jamison Wagner, a 40-year-old resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, was arrested and charged with two malicious damages or destruction of property due to a fire or explosives, federal authorities say. If convicted, Wagner will face five to 20 years in prison at each count.

Federal prosecutors allege that the first arson attack took place at a Tesla dealer in Albuquerque on February 9th. Wagner is accused of arson at Tesla dealers and destroying the building with inflammatory graffiti. Department.

During the search of Wagner’s home, investigators allegedly discovered a stencil with the term “ICE = KKK,” an obvious reference to US immigration and customs enforcement. Authorities also found eight agitators suspected.
Investigators said no one was injured in either case.
The Ministry of Justice announced statement The FBI and ATF agents have found that “polystyrene materials found in improvised napalms used in the Tesla Fire, materials for manufacturing additional fired device devices, ignable liquids that match gasoline used in both fire scenes, and ignable liquids that match graffiti used in both Wagner settlements.”
Authorities also allegedly found Wagner’s 2015 White Hyundai accent in his garage.
Federal authorities have declared that Wagner will face the full power of the law if convicted.
