Hollywood Celebrities React to Trump’s Speech

As President Donald Trump delivered his Election Integrity speech, a familiar group of far-left Hollywood figures unleashed a wave of criticism on social media. Notable names like Mark Ruffalo, Barbra Streisand, Mark Hamill, and others waded into the fray with their heated remarks.

For instance, Mark Ruffalo shared a post from the far-left Homeland Democratic Party Blue Sky account, which put forth a theory alleging that Trump directed election officials in Georgia to manufacture 11,000 votes.

Mia Farrow, the actress known from the ’70s, posted a misleading meme suggesting Trump had insulted the Beatles. The caption stated, “Says this from a man with no talent or taste.” However, this was a falsified depiction, and Trump had never made such a statement.

Farrow commented that Trump’s speech wouldn’t address the real challenges facing Americans, suggesting he is only focused on elections and retaining power. “He will spit out a chain of wonders. That doesn’t help, we know very well,” she wrote.

Barbra Streisand took a jab as well, asserting that Joe Biden won the 2020 election with 7 million more votes than Trump, a claim that has been widely contested.

“Joe Biden won 306 electoral votes in the 2020 election, more than 7 million more votes than Donald Trump. President Trump will attempt to challenge the results again tonight,” she tweeted.

George Takei, known for his work in Star Trek, criticized Trump for allegedly misusing his platform to propagate unsubstantiated claims of election fraud. He expressed concerns that Trump’s speech was devoid of evidence, stating that courts and agencies had already determined the election’s legitimacy.

“Tonight’s speech is not about evidence. Courts, agencies, and recounts settled the case,” he remarked, emphasizing the misdirection by Trump.

Additionally, podcaster Michael Ian Black weighed in, mocking the notion that foreign interference occurred in the election and referring to various conspiracy theories surrounding Trump’s presidency.

He quipped, “oh. China, Barack Obama, and the state of California conspired to overthrow Donald Trump in 2020, but they didn’t do it again in 2024. That’s why it’s evil!!!”

Finally, author Stephen King expressed his take on the situation, alleging Trump’s role in voter suppression during the election.
