Man without clothes yells threats while neighbors express frustration over lack of action.

Residents in Southern California are alleging that a local man has repeatedly exposed himself and threatened the community, particularly when children are around. This unsettling behavior has continued for years, and neighbors in Reseda, part of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, feel police have done little to intervene.

Known as “Greg” to locals, the man has occupied a home on Garden Grove since 2022. One resident mentioned to FOX 11 that Greg frequently shouts from his window, issuing death threats that echo through the night.

Despite what they claim are hundreds of calls to the police for help, residents say their pleas have largely gone unheard.

Joseph Peter, a neighbor, expressed his frustration, stating he has personally contacted authorities 209 times. Another resident, Susie Nelson, recounted some alarming remarks from Greg, including threats to kill others and to use a firearm.

Another neighbor, Eduardo Pulido, described how Greg verbally attacks passersby, saying, “People are parking their cars. He’ll call them [expletive] and shout that we will all die, that our children are evil.” Nelson recounted an incident where police were called again, but they claimed they couldn’t act. “They start citing laws and whatever, saying they can’t do anything,” she said.

When confronted by a reporter about his erratic behavior, Greg simply noted, “Neither do they,” before stepping away while still fully unclothed. Footage captured by KTLA purportedly shows him sitting naked in a second-floor window.

This isn’t an isolated incident; similar disturbances occurred recently. Residents, frustrated and fearful, believe law enforcement is waiting for an actual crime to happen before taking action. Pulido expressed concerns for the safety of children in the area, emphasizing that they’re just waiting for something terrible to occur.

In response to the situation, the Los Angeles Police Department asserted that no crimes have been committed and that this is primarily a neighborhood issue that should be resolved via civil channels. Further comments have been requested from the LAPD.
